BARRIERS
AMGARD designs and manufactures in-house steel barriers with superior quality that meets EN 1317 and International Standard.
Standard Barriers

Tensioned Corrugated Beam
The Tensioned Corrugated Beam is designed mainly for use on central reservation. When a vehicle crashes into tensioned corrugated beam, the beam remains in tension while the post gives way to allow for deformation. Barrier absorbs impact energy by deflecting as a whole and helps the vehicle decelerate, and at the same time guide it back towards the carriageway in a gradual and controlled manner. This barrier have standard of BS 6579 and Ministry of Works approved.
Un-tensioned Beam
Constantly increasing intensity of road traffic and the allowed speed limits seem to impose stronger requirements on road infrastructure and use of road safety systems. One of the ways to improve road safety is the use of road restraint systems. Road safety barriers allow not only reducing the number of road traffic accidents, but also lowering the severity of accidents. This barrier have standard of BS 6579 and Ministry of Works approved.

Open Box Beam
Intensified road traffic and the required speed limit seem to impose a stronger requirements on road infrastructure and the use of road safety systems. One of the ways to improve road safety is the use of road restraint systems. Road safety barriers allow not only reducing the number of road traffic accidents, but also lowering the severity of accidents. This barrier has a quality standard of BS 6579 and approved by the Ministry of Works.
EN Barriers

H1W2
EN Standard Barrier CRASH TESTED ( EN 1317). A crash test is a form of destructive testing usually performed in order to ensure safe design standards in crashworthiness and crash compatibility for various modes of transportation or related systems and components.
H1W3
EN Standard Barrier SIMULATED CRASH TEST. Simulation of crash tests for high containment levels of road safety barriers to ensure its quality and safeness.

H2W4
EN Standard Barrier CRASH TESTED ( EN 1317). A crash test is a form of destructive testing usually performed in order to ensure safe design standards in crashworthiness and crash compatibility for various modes of transportation or related systems and components.
N2W4
EN Standard Barrier CRASH TESTED ( EN 1317). A crash test is a form of destructive testing usually performed in order to ensure safe design standards in crashworthiness and crash compatibility for various modes of transportation or related systems and components.

Accessories

P1 Terminals
End terminals are applied to the end of safety barriers to prevent posing a risk and injury to motorists if they unfortunately crash with one P1 Terminal.
P4 Terminals
End terminals are applied to the end of safety barriers to prevent barrier ends posing a risk of injury to motorists if they unfortunately crash with one P4 Terminal.

Crash Cushions
Amgard provides quality assurance Crash cushion to ensure protection of vehicles from damage when they collide with a structure. It can also save the lives of people inside the vehicle. The cushion absorbs kinetic energy and can potentially redirect the colliding vehicle away from danger.
Bridge Parapet
Steel Parapet
Bridge Parapets, Aluminum Parapet, EN-1317 Standard and TL5 Standard unit act as a safety barrier and are often installed at the edge of bridges or retaining walls to provide protection for vehicles and pedestrians against an adjacent vertical drop.

Hand Rails

Steel Hand Rail
Bridge railings serve both safety and aesthetic functions in bridge projects. They are designed to safely redirect vehicles to minimize injury and damage in the case of accidents, as well as to retain pedestrians and bicyclists.
