CNC Operator

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
Technical or vocational training in CNC machining, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing technology (preferred)

EXPERIENCE

Entry-level: 0–2 years (training often provided).
Skilled positions: 2–5 years of experience operating CNC machines such as lathes, milling, or grinding machines.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code / M-code).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
Understanding of machine setup, calibration, and tool changes.
Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Basic knowledge of CNC control software
