Perform daily routine inspections to ensure the quality of manufacturing products.
Perform regular quality checking on all incoming materials from suppliers and outgoing products for delivery.
Prepare Incoming material inspection reports. Ensure the quality of the received raw materials for production.
Identify all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
Interpreting the drawings and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
Prepare PQR (Procedure Qualification for WPS), qualify welders, and prepare welder qualifications and welders ID.
Checks all drawings, documentation, calculations, and technical evaluations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
Resolve quality-related issues and update the records in a timely manner.
Report to the Quality Manager about the controls and monitor all activities related to the Quality Management System, QMS.
Assist the Quality Manager in Audits.
Taking care of QA/QC documents including certificates, calibration records, and inspection reports. Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, Nonconformance Reports.
Develop and release method statements for the activities including risk assessment and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on client requirements
Liaise with the factory coordinator for the daily inspection schedules.
Review associated quality control documentation to ensure that materials are manufactured in accordance with applicable codes, client specifications, and standards.
Report all the identified Non-conformities to the Quality Manager.
Verify and confirm all the documents received from the supplier.
Assist the Quality Manager in documenting the procedures.
Provide technical reports and assist and preparing management reports
Participate in regular review meetings to identify the problems to ensure the quality of the manufactured products.

Experience Expected
At least 3 – 6 years experience as a Mechanical / QC Inspector /Engineer
Must have experience in conducting welder assessments and preparing WPS /PQR documents
Education Level
Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
License/ Certifications/ Trainings
Must have ASNT LEVEL ΙΙ License
Auditor certifications / or knowledge in 9001, 14001 and 45001 Management Systems preferred
Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
IT/ Software Proficiency
Must have hands-on experience on Microsoft Office tools and widely used software
