Worker / Helper

AMETECH – Ameeri Industries W.L.L. is looking for hardworking and reliable General Workers / Helpers to support daily factory operations. The successful candidates will assist the production team, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and perform general factory duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist production staff and machine operators with daily manufacturing activities.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize raw materials and finished products.
  • Support packing, labelling, and stacking of finished goods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the factory and workstations.
  • Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
  • Follow supervisors’ instructions and company procedures.
  • Assist with material handling and warehouse activities when required.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and PPE requirements.
  • Perform other general factory duties as assigned.
Technical Skills
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
  • Willing to work overtime and shifts when required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety.
  • Positive attitude, punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
Qualifications
  • High school education or equivalent is preferred.
  • No technical qualification is required; training will be provided.
