AMGARD

It was in the year 1985 when we started our first fabrication plant, with a work area of 350 x 400 meters, equipped with advanced tools and machinery. Today, Amgard was recognized as the pioneer in the manufacturing of street light poles, guard rails, pedestrian fences, industrial vents, and fire-rated and non-fire-rated doors that produced a high level of Quality Standards.

PRODUCTS

POLES

AMGARD ensures that pole products meet the International Standards (BS EN) for heavy-duty Mild Steel, Hot Dip Galvanized light poles have an appropriate thickness that can withstand the very hot and humid climate in the region.

BARRIERS

AMGARD designs and manufactures in-house steel barriers with superior quality that meets EN 1317 and International Standard.

STEEL DOORS

Amgard manufactures a wide range of steel door products the follow the International standards. Our Fire Rated Steel Doors passed through a Third Party Test.

LINTELS

Amgard Lintels confirm the International Standard of BS EN 845-2:2003 and is tested in accordance with BS EN 846-9:2000. Steel Lintels are horizontal members which are placed across the openings like doors, windows, etc. in buildings. The surface finish of AMGARD Lintels is hot-dip galvanized as per BS EN ISO 1461:2009

FENCES

AMGARD manufactures and maintains different types of fences according to requirements. All fences are hot-dip galvanized after fabrication. The finish coat of the required color paint can be applied after galvanizing.

BOLLARDS

Amgard bollards can be used either to control traffic intake size by limiting movement or to control traffic speed by narrowing the available space. Putting bollards at highway exits to control traffic as well as reduced accidents.

TRAFFIC ACCESSORIES

Amgard provides economical solutions when it comes to solving your car parking problems. With our extensive range of road traffic safety signs and equipment, we are ideally placed to offer integrated solutions.

STEEL STRUCTURE

Amgard manufactures many custom-made mechanical works like telephone towers, steel platforms & purling for Car Parking (Solar Panel System Fixing), etc.

SERVICES

GALVANIZING

Amgard have the largest hot dip galvanizing plant in Bahrain, having european made 12.5 mtr long x 1.5 mtr wide x 2.5 mtr deep galvanizing kettle and with the large size pre-treatment plant including automatic shot blasting plant.

POWDER COATING

Amgard is equipped with an in-house fully automated five-tank powder coating plant.

SHOT BLASTING

Amgard is having state of the art facility of Automatic Shot Blasting for Ferrous Metals using fine steel grits to get perfect cleaning with uniform finish keeping ready for final coats of paint or galvanizing.
